Guzel School of Classical Ballet

Guzel trained at a ballet boarding school in Tashkent (USSR) for 8 years. After graduation, at the age of 18, she worked in the Russian State Opera and Ballet Theatre in Kazan and Moscow Festival Ballet company for 10 years.  She has performed as a soloist in many productions such as Swan lake, The Nutcracker, Giselle, Carmen and has has a long career working for Swansea Ballet Russe based in Swansea Grand Theatre. 
 

After retiring from performing Guzel started teaching ballet for various companies and running workshops of various levels of ISTD. She then decided to run her own small Ballet School with classes for both children and adults.  Guzel is a qualified teacher in the Legat method and completed both teaching and advanced teaching qualifications. 
 

Guzel is a  guest teacher for Bristol Russian Ballet School and has taught workshops at other ballet schools throughout the UK.
